Giant Tumor of Vulva: Vulvar Myxoid LeiomyomaA Rare Entity

Vulvar myxoid leiomyoma are very rare soft tissue tumors of vulva with less than 50 cases being reported in the literature. They are usually misdiagnosed as Bartholin's cyst; however, it is important that they are diagnosed correctly owing to their ability to recur and metastasize. We present a case of a young multiparous woman, with a slowly progressive perineal swelling who was operated and diagnosed as a case ofvulvar myxoid leiomyoma.
