摘要
Employees frequently provide positive ideas, facts, and opinions about how to enhance work and organisations. The degree to which employees communicates upwards through opinions, suggestions, information about issues, or concerns can have a huge impact on an organization's success and even survival. Employee silence involves a process suppressing potentially relevant information, proposals, or concerns from those who could act on it. The silent environment has an influence on the organization's ability to recognise mistakes and its ability to function. To present an overview of the concept of employee silence and to comprehend the role of perceived organisational climate on employees and the organisation as a whole, a review of relevant literature (25 relevant papers out of a total of 65 articles) published in key journals was conducted.
