摘要：

The motivation is an efficient way of solving agency problem to realize maximizing the value of corporation. The main basis of using motivate mechanism is the evaluation of corportation performance. We should learn from developed countries' experience in research on evaluation of corporation performance and the application of this evaluation to actual practice. This paper summarizes the current situation on evaluation of corportation performance in the world. It discusses the methods for evaluating enterprise performance,such as Economic Value Added, The Balanced Score Card,Strategic Central Organization,and Strategic Map. And the last part of this paper analyses the deficiencies of corporations of China by comparing with international ones,and provides refinement solution.
