摘要
A large number of heterogeneous joint surfaces containing composite materials between machine tool and foundation seriously affects the mechanical properties of machine tools. The calculation method of equivalent elastic modulus of reinforced composites is proposed according to the theory of composite mechanics. Then, based on fractal theory, considering the whole process of a single micro convex body from elasticity and elasto-plasticity to complete full plastic deformation, a modified micro mechanical behavior contact model of micro convex body is proposed. On this basis, a contact model of the complete joint surface is derived by using the statistical contact theory, and the mechanical model of the sectional structure is established by introducing the contact model. Finally, the modal experimental system is built to verify the accuracy of the proposed mechanical model. The proposed mechanical model can provide a basis for the design and assembly of segmental structure.
