摘要
Introduction. - The BMX sport will be for the first time on the Olympic Games in 2008. Nerveless, few scientific studies are focused on this field. The mechanics performance factors and the procedure for their evaluation will not yet well know. One thing appears like evidence; the acceleration phase was one key of the performance. Synthesis. - The jump and the force-velocity test results indicate that the power output in absolute values presented the stronger relationships (P < 0.01) with the acceleration performance. Conclusions. - The jump and the force-velocity test were adapted to evaluate the biomechanics factors of the performance acceleration phase in BMX (C) 2007 Elsevier Masson SAS. Tous droits reserves.
