摘要
As an essential element of factors that influence consumers' shopping behavior, internal shopping environment of the retail store has drawn numerous attentions from both academic and business world. This article reviewed current literatures on shopping environment of the retail store from ambient cue, design cue and social cue respectively, Based on "M-R" Model, this research explored the mechanism of the effect of internal shopping environment on consumers' emotion and shopping behavior.
