摘要
China's construction industry will continue to maintain rapid development in the future, National policies in China such as environmental protection, energy conservation, and resource conservation are becoming more and more perfect. and the development of the construction industry is facing more and more challenges. The economic and social development of the country also puts forward higher requirements for the development of the construction industry. In the process of promoting the development of urbanization in China, it is necessary to rationally use resources and protect the environment so that the sustainable development of the construction industry can be implemented. In view of the land -saving characteristics, super high-rise buildings have developed rapidly in many central cities, but the impact of the promotion of super high-rise buildings on the environment cannot be ignored. This paper deeply analyzes the impact of super high-rise buildings on the environment during the construction and operation management phases, looks for the constraints on the environmental impact of super high-rise buildings at each stage of the life cycle, and tries to establish the environment of super high-rise buildings impact evaluation system according to each stage of the super high-rise building life cycle. This paper constructs the evaluation model of the evaluation system and verify the model by taking a high-rise building in Chongqing as an example. The research results show that the F value of the building is 82.63, which is in a good grade. The evaluation model established in this paper can comprehensively evaluate the environmental friendliness of super high-rise buildings and can also provide relevant theoretical basis and practical guidance for environmental management at various stages of the super high-rise building life cycle,
