摘要
Financial constraints remain a major concern to administrators of higher education in the United States. Equally important to these administrators is the need to demonstrate to an increasingly skeptical public that a deteriorating financial situation has a negative impact on the quality of education. In search for a way to demonstrate the effects of financial condition on institutions, this study investigates the impact of financial constraints on the teaching conditions (curriculum development, faculty development, and teaching technology). The study also examines constraints reduction strategies preferred by faculty members.
