摘要：

With the reformation of military academy changing to professional education, professional education has become the principal part of military academy education, and teacher' training is the key of the reformation. The paper study how to train teacher from update of teacher's education concept, optimization of teacher's structure, and development of teacher's training system based on the peculiarity of professional education of military academy.
