Sexual behavior during childhood, as reported later, during high school years. This article describes the results of a study on frequency of sexual behavior during childhood, feelings and related variables, in a random sample of 983 secondary students from the city of Temuco in Chile. The data collected through an anonymous, self administered questionnaire, points out that 95% subjects in the sample reported at least one individual sexual behavior, and 95,9% reported an interpersonal behavior. Results suggests thant boys presents in average, a larger number of behaviors and more positive feelings related to this behavior, than girls. The influences of variables as ethnic backgroud, rural/ urban residence, type of religion, and socioeconomic status related to the presence of individual and interpersonal behavior, are discussed.
