摘要
With the rapid economic development of e-commerce, the defects of credit mechanisms in our country restrict the continued and healthy development of e-commerce. On the basis of research on the definition and construction of credit mechanisms, this article analyses the application situation of credit mechanisms in our country from the three dimensions including formal rules, informal rules and implementing mechanisms. As thus, this article puts forward a development framework of e-commerce credit mechanisms, and then elaborates the definitions and application measures about the components of the framework.
