The effects are known on the housing sector, as evidenced by the increase of online peer-to-peer accommodation platforms. However, the sharing movement does not end up with peer-to-peer accommodation, but goes further, showing a wide impact on the way of rethinking the city. The sharing cities or the so-called cohousing are the result of this new way of understanding urban planning.
