摘要
There is a great interest in maintaining and strengthening the traditional peasant farm as a reference unit in mountain development and to support the commercial consecration of mountain products. For the model to become operational it is necessary to make an assessment of the key elements that make it functional. It is necessary to build a model adapted to the economic and social variables. The aim of this study is to analyze the elements of the traditional mountain peasant farm and to integrate the requirements of competitiveness. There are taken into account cultural elements for conserving the specificity and traditionalism from montain rural areas. It also examines how the human resources system trails can integrate occupational reference, so that it can meet the challenges of economic and social integration in the food market. A testing of model result is equally an economic and cultural challenge.
