New species and subspecies of the little-known genus Hemiprosopa (Lepidoptera, Elachistidae) from Asian Russia

摘要：
The little-known genus Hemiprosopa Braun, established for a single species from North America, is mentioned for the first time for Palaearctic region. New subspecies of the type species, H. albella asiatica ssp. n. from Transbaikalia, and one new species, H. altaica sp. n. from the Altai mountains are described.
