Bulk and surface spin-wave modes in a longitudinally magnetized thin film

摘要
Based on the solution to the equation of magnetization motion, an expression for the tensor of the magnetic susceptibility has been obtained, whose imaginary part determines the spectrum of spin-wave resonance in a thin film magnetized in its plane along the (coinciding-in-direction) axes of the uniaxial bulk and surface anisotropy, for the basic types of the surface pinning of spins. The presence of damping and the finiteness and asymmetry of surface pinning lead to an essential rearrangement of the spectrum of spin-wave resonance.
