Research on the forming mechanism of credit deficiency in supply chain

Supply chain is a kind of new management concept and business mode with purpose to integrate resources. The integration is based on relation, relation is built on cooperation, and cooperation's prerequisite is credit. Therefore, credit is a main factor influencing supply chain operation effectiveness, credit deficiency is regarded as one of the main obstacles for increasing supply chain operation effectiveness by experts. Based on study of literature on credit and by using positive information economics and normative game analysis model, the forming mechanism of credit deficiency in Supply Chain is analyzed in this paper, main behavior motivation of supplier and demander is explored, suggestions on the building of credit system in supply chain and the improvement of supply chain resource integration are provided.
