摘要：
In recent years, the price of housing become higher and higher, but some real estate firms go bankrupt. Especially under the limit policy, many problems are becoming more and more serious. This paper firstly defines the strategic risks of real estate firm; according to some cases of failure, secondly summarizes the main types of strategic risks of real estate firm in the management processes, and then analyzes the causes of these strategic risks; finally puts forward some prevention measures and emergency management to avoid the risk.
