A 46-year-old woman with chronic sinusitis, pulmonary nodules, and hemoptysis. Bronchiolitis obliterans with organizing pneumonia overlapping chronic eosinophilic pneumonia, consistent with a clinical diagnosis of allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis. Allergic fungal sinusitis.
