摘要
The construction of modern, sustainable utility networks is an essential condition for the development and maintenance of mega-cities. This paper shows the potential for construction of the necessary facilities by modem microtunnelling techniques, and also by means of utility tunnels, where all utilities can be laid in such a way as to be accessible.
