Mental health is an issue of increasing concern to both individuals and organizations in Canada. The articles presented in this special issue present several approaches to dealing with workplace mental issues and highlight the need for more research in this area. In particular there is a pressing need for evaluative research to, identify which strategies work to improve individual and organizational well-being. (c) 2018 ASAC.
