Another view on knowledge transfer barriers-based on the noumenon of knowledge

摘要：
Knowledge Transfer Barriers (KTB) goes against the knowledge transfer and hinders the knowledge to fully bring its benefit into play. Scholars have paid much attention on the external factors of KTB. In fact, knowledge itself also is an important factor bringing on the barriers besides some environmental factors. The paper sums up 5 theories, such as Theory of Tacit Knowledge's Feeble Ability to Transfer, Theory of Knowledge's Multiple Characteristics, Theory of I-Space, Theory of Relationship between Knowledge, Theory of Knowledge's Value of Tool etc, to explain the KTB based on the noumenon of the knowledge.
