We study the O(alpha m(t)(2)/m(W)(2)) Yukawa corrections to the process e(+)e(-) --> gamma gamma --> H+H- at the Next Linear Collider. The analyses of the production rate are made in the framework of the two-Higgs-doublet model for possible parameter values of the Higgs sector. We find that the corrections imply a few to 22% reduction in the production cross section in e(+)e(-) colliders.
