摘要
Stages of internal transformation of science, known as scientific revolutions, play the most important role in the development of science. To all appearances, one such stage is under way today. The emergence of a qualitatively new phenomenon, technoscience, is increasingly frequently discussed in modern literature on the philosophy and sociology of cognition. What is meant is not the total transformation of science into new forms but rather the emergence of new dynamic constellations inside it that undertake the function of the "locomotive of progress."
