摘要
In the context of the mature development of mobile media and mobile interaction, many museums have built their own mobile media to digitally display their collections, but the user's acceptance of this mobile media is not known. Based on the interactive attributes and information display attributes of the museum's mobile collections, this article has compiled a scale to select the most convincing research object from the 204 national first-class museums in China: the Mini Program of the Palace Museum, Digital Forbidden City, and conduct user acceptance research on the 3D display function of its collections. This research is based on the technology acceptance model, adding new influencing factors to obtain a more accurate model for questionnaire surveys, and using the structural equation model to analyze the data. A total of 200 valid questionnaires were collected in this study. The analysis results revealed some problems with the 3D display function of the museum's mobile collections: high learning costs, poor user interaction experience, and incomplete collection information. The study results have a very novel reference value for museums to improve the 3D display function of the mobile terminal and directly help museums to optimize users' experience of using mobile terminal media.
