摘要：
In this paper, the intelligent on-line operation manual and its application to implementing ISO 9000 quality management and assurance. Hypermedia technology is used to document process operation manual for ISO 9000 on-line compliance. These documents can be accessed by operators and linked with the real time data from computer networks. The nonlinear search and intelligent reasoning functions have been implemented into the on-line operation manual that can be used as tutoring system to train new employees and provide decision support to operators during process operation for quality assurance.
