摘要：

As the most north province with four characteristic seasons in China, Heilongjiang has unique and special tourism resources in the winter. These are the perfect natural basis of the sports tourism. This article will find out the relative advantage of Heilongjiang province through analyzing the province's characteristics as a sports tourism destination. These can provide some useful reference for the benign development of the leisure travel in Heilongjiang.
