摘要：
For some chaotic traffic scenes caused by accidents, major activities or bad weather in certain sections or areas, the traditional traffic monitoring system can not work effectively, due to the fact that the sensing coil can not be laid in advance. To solve the problem, a design scheme and monitoring method of traffic monitoring device based on video detection and GPRS communication is presented. This traffic monitoring scheme can realize data interaction between temporary monitoring points and traffic monitoring command center without laying sensor coils and networking in advance.
