摘要：

In this paper, we first analyze the function and significance of information platform construction of laboratories in universities on promoting scientific management and talent cultivation. Then combining the reality of laboratory teaching center of electrical and information engineering, Ningbo Institute of Technology, we discuss the basic objectives, modular structures, modular functions of three information platforms.
