摘要：

Along with the need of the equipment all-around information increased, we should clear up and integrate the heterogeneous data resource. The key technology is based of ontology and XML schema. An approach to set up the conversion between the XML schema and the relation is introduced in detail. At last, we used the instance explained the progress of create the whole and local ontology.
