摘要
Liquid pyrolysis is;tested as an alternative technological process able to give SnO2 nanopowders suitable for gas sensors. The structure and morphology of the powders obtained by this technique are analysed by conventional and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy as a function of technological parameters such as concentration of the initial bath or processing temperature. Our results show that nanometer-sized crystallites with good crystalline quality are obtained by this technique.
