CONCEPTS AND SUCCESS FACTORS OF IN-SERVICE TEACHER TRAINING

摘要
Based on the experiences and challenges encountered in teacher training (on the use of digital media in school), a generalized empirical design for the analysis of success factors of in-service teacher training was developed. Based on a qualitative assessment (n = 36) of beneficial and hindering aspects in teacher training, a survey tool for the quantitative analysis of success-factors of training events and structures was abstracted. 225 Saxon teachers and 60 trainers attended the quantitative sub-study. Primarily the results in the dimensions of priority and performance allow conclusions about the success of individual measures in the training context. Additionally the differences between priorities and satisfaction are shown in order to derive concrete measures to increase success in this area.
