摘要
Theories of ecosystem provides the new view for the research on the logistic market and TPL enterprise. Through analyzing the basic theories of ecosystem to analyze the competitive cooperative relations of the integrating logistic market, regional logistic market and specialized logistic. market and the best distribution of the TPL business enterprise in the logistic market. Take the theories of ecosystem as the foundation to study the evolvement of TPL business enterprise's competition and cooperation, the paper puts forward the ecosystem structure model of TPL competition and cooperative relation management.
