摘要
The processes of the fine atomic structure transformations, martensite transformations and properties of the thin Fe-Ni (25-50% Ni) films (0.06-2.0 mum.) were studied by means of x-ray diffraction, nuclear gamma resonance, electron and light microscope. The general physical picture of the low temperature (<400degreesC) atomic-structure transformation of the iron-nickel films containing the high defect density was found. The influence at the martensite transformations and the magnetic and thermal properties of the thickness, grain size and the fine atomic crystal structure of the thin Fe-Ni films were studied. The connection between DeltaM(s) and the concentration deviation from average value was found. The new phenomenon, namely low temperature (less than or equal to20degreesC) isothermal reverse alpha-->gamma martensitic transformation was discovered. The influence of the concentration inhomogenieties and the short-range ordering occurring in the thin Fe-Ni films at the magnetic and thermal properties was studied.
