WAVELET ANALYSIS OF TRACK PROFILE IRREGULARITY FOR BEIJING-TIANJIN INTERCITY RAILWAY ON BRIDGE

摘要
The specimen used by this paper is collected by track geometry inspection car from Bogl slab track of Beijing-Tianjin intercity high speed railway, and wavelet transform is used to analyze the track profile irregularity of track on bridge. The different periodic components, locations and reasons in track irregularity can be identified accurately by using wavelet transform and power spectrum density(PSD)analysis. The results show that the main wavelengths of track profile irregularity of Beijing-Tianjin intercity high speed railway on bridge include 100 similar to 70 m, 50 m, 33 similar to 31 m, 13 similar to 11 m, 7 similar to 6 m, 3 m and 1.6 m. The reasons of track irregularity include track adjustment error, bridge creep, slab installation error, rail manufacturing error, and welded joint error and so on. The wavelet analysis results can be used to appraise ballastless track construction quality accurately and to guide ballastless track maintenance.
