THE PRINCIPLE OF GUILT AND ITS RELATIONSHIP WITH THE ENVIRONMENT

In the paper presented, a study of the administrative penalty law for the protection of the environment in Spanish legal systems is offered. Here the study is mainly motivated by the interest of contributing to the elaboration of a bibliographic construction and together with a varied jurisprudence in the environmental field so that we can explain the current state of the legal protection of the assets that integrate the environment in Spain and, from this study of reality, formulate concrete proposals to improve the current system of legal protection of the country's environmental goods.
