The Application of Remote Sensing Technology in Monitoring the Water Quality of ChaoHu Lake

摘要
By using the remote sensing data, the water quality predication models of ChaoHu Lake were established and sampled data Results showed that this method can be applied in water quality predication, analysis and assessment, especially for the rapid monitoring of large area of water body. Further more, by using single band, multi brand factor combination and principal component analysis, etc, the remote sense information can be used more enough. The prediction showed that ChaoHu Lake was in a serious situation of eutrophication. And the spatial distribution was uneven. Especially, the pollution in northwestern ChaoHu Lake was more serious.
