摘要
The accurate prediction of urban construction land in urban is the guarantee of the reasonable urban planning and sustainable development. This article first analyzes the problems existing in the research, and then establishes a prediction model for land using based on BP neural network, it explores a kind of study idea and feasible method for urban residential land predictive work. Through specific case study, the results show that the predicted results and the actual results have higher degree of fitting.
