摘要
The new transactional organized crime has reached important levels of perfection in its structure and operation. At the international and European level there must be full cooperation between institutions, with the aim of supporting and reinforcing the cooperation of states in the prevention, investigation and prosecution of certain types of complex crimes. Police and judicial coordination is necessary, together with a constant flow and exchange of information and the necessary harmonization of criminal and procedural legislation.
