摘要：
Detail theoretical studies on the PSK signal synchronization characteristics of an X-band Gunn oscillator have been reported. Effects of the quality factor of the loaded cavity and the strength of the input signal on the system response have been considered. Also, the effects of the varactor tuning and the bias tuning on the overall performance of the system have been examined.
