Social policy of the State during the Great Patriotic War in the South of Russia

This work discusses peculiarities of realisation of social:policy of the Soviet state in the South of Russia during "the great Patriotic war. Summarizes the experience of the decision socially -household problems of the population, primarily in the area of food supply in the region, the organization of medical care, child care and homeless children and providing material assistance. The conclusion is that sold in the area of social activities helped to ease logistical difficulties, contributed to the preservation of political stability in the rear and the organization of effective work in providing assistance' to the front. However, the limited financial possibilities of the state and the priority developindnt of the military industry have resulted in significant difficulties in social ddvelopment of the region.
