摘要
The construction industry consumes a lot of resources and energy and brings enormous carbon emissions. It is an emphasis industry for energy conservation and emission reduction. Compared with cast-in-situ concrete structure, prefabricated buildings have these advantages of improving productivity and shortening the construction period, which are the development direction of the construction industry in the future. Prefabricated buildings have a rapid development currently; however, previous studies about carbon emissions of prefabricated building mostly focus on the production of raw materials and prefabricated components, and few studies focus on the assembly of prefabricated components. Based on process analysis method, the carbon emission calculation model of materialization stage of prefabricated residential building is proposed, considering the processes of the raw material production, prefabricated component production, and prefabricated components assembly. Then, selects the case building, conducts the empirical study, and estimates the carbon emission. This study can provide some references for carbon emission reduction of prefabricated residential building to promote the sustainable development of prefabricated building.
