EasyDial: A tool for task-oriented dialogue systems on the telephone

摘要：
In this paper we present EasyDial, a tool that provides an integrated environment for the implementation of real-time spoken language applications devoted to the database access by using the telephone. We describe the functionalities of EasyDial and how the developer of a new vocal interface can use ii without any specific competences on speech technologies. This mill be illustrated by a case study concerning the definition of the prototype of an automatic information service in the domain of air schedule inquiries.
