摘要
Based on the successful experience of the National Defense and economic construction of major countries around the world, the civil-military integration is kept developing. It not only can help to meet the request of the new world military revolution and the construction of national defense modernization, but also the realistic needs to speed up the transformation of the economic mode development and to promote the scientific development. It is related to the national security and the sustainable and healthy development of the national economy. In the new round of technological revolution and industrial revolution in the whole world, the integrative development of Internet and other various fields which have a broad prospect and unlimited potential has become an inexorable trend of the times, is causing the strategic and the overall impact on national economic and social development. This paper introduces the Internet plus from the bottleneck need to be broken through the process of the development of civil-military deep integration, gives suggestions to take the market demand for traction, strives to build the information service platform, form the collaborative innovation development mechanism, suggests giving full play to the advantages of the Internet financial investment and financing, sets up online information service platform, and then makes the deep integration development of civil-military in our country.
