摘要：

In practice, sometimes the variable under study came from unknown distribution. In this case, existing plans cannot be applied for a lot inspection. A new sign sampling plan is proposed when data came from unknown distribution or population. The parameters of the proposed sampling plan are determined by satisfying the given risks. The application of the proposed plan is discussed with the aid of industrial data.
