China's urbanization process accelerated in recent years shows the trend of urbanization in China has distinctive characteristics and causes. In which the urban government plays a key role of urbanization, and urban government performance has a direct impact on the urbanization process, so the urban government performance through research, and for promoting the process of urbanization. Urban government performance in the rapid urbanization process has been emerging new trends. Therefore, to enhance the performance of urban governments to better. help the city of conduct.
