摘要
A concept of intelligent sensor system for quantification of volatile organic compounds appearing in 2-component mixtures is presented. The system uses sensor array containing 4 TGS 800 series sensor array and artificial neural network processing their responses. Characterisation of sensors was made with in-house developed installation Facing strong sensors sensitivity for humidity, appropriate samples were collected to provide sufficient pattern set for neural network training. System developed for butanol-xylene mixtures analysis provides accuracy of +/-10 %.
