Research on the Architecture and Environment of Tibetan-Han-Yi Nationalities Mixed Dwelling in Southwest China

The mixed dwellings of Tibetan-Han-Yi nationalities in southwest China have unique culture, and the architecture culture in this area shows outstanding characteristics, special potentials for research and development. The vernacular dwellings covering the county town for just several miles present different and gradually varied architecture styles, with almost no long-distance repetitive styles. Based on field research for getting the first-hand data and the research of Tibetan-Han-Yi nationalities mixed dwellings, this paper focuses on the architectures in the Tibetan-Han-Yi nationalities mixed dwellings, respectively the architectures and environments in Muya Culture Circle, Tibetan-Yi Corridor National Integration Culture Circle and Dahebian "Xifan" Culture Circle. Then, this paper puts forward tourism corridor construction, especially the modification of architecture styles, and expects to provide references to the architecture research and tourism exploration in similar regions.
