Research of culture of peace and conflict resolutions

The paper presents a qualitative study in relation to the research interests of students of the Master of Culture of Peace at the University of Malaga, from the subject of Research Methodology for Peace and Conflicts, analyzing the proposals and outlines of research projects of the last six academic terms. In these sketches we have been able to identify the topics of interest and the methodological perspectives of possible approaches. The problems that stand out are related to the educational field, in the first place, and to the social field, in the second place, which in part can be explained by the profile of the student, but also by the conceptions of the Culture of Peace concerns with problems of coexistence, conflicts and school violence that students sustain. On the other hand, the research proposals propose lines of work with social skills programs, emotional education or other projects that can reduce or limit the idea of a Culture of Peace as a right and possibility of advancing in the construction of citizenship.
