摘要
Simulation modelling has gained prominence in industrial applications. However, simulation has repeatedly failed to capture the dynamics of intelligent activities in the modern industrial scenario. It is these dynamics that do not engender required levels of confidence in the simulation results. An integrated intensive knowledge-based simulation model is presented that combines elements of precise, muddy and random knowledge to improve conventional simulation models. Performance and efficiency, and an object-oriented knowledge organization structure are addressed to provide significant flexibility, probability and reusability of the knowledge. The simulation is validated in the hard disk drive assembly environment.
