Simulation Analysis on Temperature Field of High Speed Train Disk Braking at A Constant Speed

摘要
simulation calculation is made on the temperature field distribution of the disk braking system of high speed train at the constant speed of 20Km/h. According to the basic equation of temperature field, the nonlinear finite element software ABAQUS is employed for simulation calculation and analysis on the temperature field of the braking disk and the braking block, and the results indicate that: there is an inflection point for temperature at the direction of the braking disk thickness, although the distance from the inflection point to the friction surface is only 15% of the thickness, the temperature is decreased by 83%; under the circumstance the friction radius is changed from 260mm to 220mm, the temperature could be dropped by 13.2%; the temperature field distribution nephogram and the temperature variation curve at the highest temperature point are offered under different influential factors, which has provided effective references to the developing of friction materials and the designing of the braking disk.
